Tracey Ambeau Hanson, a resident of the District of Columbia, recently sued the District after they rejected her registration application for her Springfield XD-45 because it was the WRONG COLOR! The District of Columbia bases its list on approved handguns on the California (liberal left coast)Roster of Handguns Certified for Sale. Well, it turns out that Ms. Hanson's gun is black and silver and silver is not on the approved list. So her stainless steel slide gun is rejected on that basis. What a bunch of #&*@ing idiots in D.C. and add California in there too.
