At the end of May, Barack Obama visited Portland, Oregon for a campaign rally. Now the Portland police officers are asking for an apology after they said organizers of a Barack Obama rally set up Porta-Potties on a memorial honoring fallen officers. The Portland Police Memorial honors the departments 25 fallen police officers. The only response from the Obama campaign was "the Porta-Potties were placed at the memorial because of a safety issue for wheelchair access."
I'm outraged at the Obama campaign for their insensitivity to these police officers killed in the line of duty and their families. If it makes you mad too, contact the Obama campaign here and express your views on this travesty.
