Red State Update

If you haven't been paying attention to the presidential debates then you may have missed these two country boys from Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Jackie Broyles and Dunlap are regular features on CNN since their debut a couple of years ago on the internet. In real life, they are comedians who have perfected the good old southern boy accent and play well to the hearts of all of us from Texas to North Carolina.
With Old Glory and the Tennessee flags drapped in the background, they start out every video with a table cluttered with Budweiser cans and Jack Daniels bottles. Jackie is usually smoking a cigarette while he sips on his beer and gives his opinion while Dunlap is on a continuous roll.
