I'm so mad about a "wetback" being named Texas Man of the Year that I've decided to do something about it. If the Dallas Morning News can just name something out of thin air and give an award, then there is no reason why Bob can't do the same. So folks, I will be naming the "Texas Gulf Coast Gab Texan for 2007". Since I'm 57 years old, born and raised in Jasper County and spent most of my adult life in Southeast Texas, I should know what is a real Texan. So without further ado, the Texas Gulf Coast Gab Texan for 2007 is someone who is a Texan, someone with common sense and relates to the common redneck in all of Texas. Someone who had the best Saturday morning radio show on KOLE for two months running. Someone who has over 600 members registered on his blog forum and growing daily. Someone who has been at the top of megadumps top 5 list weekly for the last year. Someone who gets irritated by Orangefield hookers in red boots taking up space at the checkout counter with her lotto tickets during lunch rush hour........Folks, the winner of the Texas Gulf Coast Gab Texan for 2007 is Buck from Setxtrailerpark and Go Get Bucked blog. Congratulations to Buck for being a real Texan. Though we don't have a trophy to present you, you may charge a six-pack of Old Milwaukee Best at any American owned convenience store in Vidor to our charge account.
